SERVICE INFORMATION

  • Read Successful Pick-Up Tips
  • Your invoice is always due the 25th prior to the service period i.e., February bill is due 1/25
  • If payment is received after the due date, 1.5% late charge is assessed to the account monthly until paid
  • If expected to be received after the due date, add 1.5% to the total owing
  • Call the office if a payment arrangement or changing your billing cycle will help to make timely payments
  • If you didn't get your can out in time, there is a $25 charge to reroute a truck, IF that's feasible to do so
  • If you have service or pick-up issues, please contact us ASAP so we can resolve

SUCCESSFUL PICK-UP TIPS

  • Have your can out the night before or by 6:30 AM day of pick-up
  • Place the can curbside 
  • Maintain a clear path to your trash containers or can corral, free from obstructions
  • Bag your trash before placing into your can (minimizes odor, animals, bugs, spillage)
  • Call the office before your pick-up day if you will have additional bags and/or items outside of the can
  • If you use a different can other than LakeShore Recycling & Disposal's can, inform the office

  • Call Customer Support or click on "Contact" to schedule a special pickup additional trash or bulky items e.g., appliances, furniture, mattresses, carpet, etc.
